Acai berries have a lot of antioxidants and stuff but Im not sure if they are the healthiest food a person can eat. Just eat stuff that are cooked without much oil and fat in it. And eat vegetables because they're healthy.
I can only eat one heathly thing a day. Beyond that I need my junk food. Some people maybe able to eat more healthy food in a day, but not me.
