I am a mother to 3 kids and I have breastfed all of them. You can imagine how bad and saggy my breasts are now. I am taking collagen supplements (drink powder) and they purportedly say that is firms saggy skin. Is this really true? I want to know if it's worth my money? Because its soooo expensive. Thanks

Even if it won't completely help with your breast problem it's definetely beneficial for your health and beauty.
ReplyDeleteCollagen supplements:
Smoothes fine lines and wrinkles
Firms, tones and plumps up the skin
Strengthens nails
Improves the condition of hair
Encourages inch loss
Reduces cellulite
Improves sleep patterns
I personally do not think we are qualified to answer that question. I know I am not.
ReplyDeleteStop wasting your money....if you are done having kids then you might want to consider seeing a plastic surgeon
ReplyDeleteCongratulations. Breast feeding all three kids is the best thing you could have done for them.
ReplyDeleteThere are no treatments that will give them back their old pre-motherhood shape. The only thing that can do that is surgery. Among the usual risks that come with having any surgery with general anaesthetic, you also risk losing sensation (this happened to a friend of mine).
Be proud of your breasts, the sag they show, the larger nipple, is a testament of love to your children.
Treat them as battle scars that you should be proud of. You worked hard for ever line, wrinkle, stretch mark and so on; these are the signs that you have live a rich fulfilling life.
I love my wrinkles and laugh lines, my scars and my belly and so on, they give me character; and you should love your body exactly the way it is.
Don't buy into this media bullsh!t about how a woman's body is supposed to look, only a small handful of women in the world look like super models, the billions of others don't.
