I've had dark rings around my eyes ever since I was born (no lie it can be seen in baby photos). These rings, I've been told have been as a result from allergies but even when I get on top of them they are still bad. Please help

I think u shd consult a doctor...u can also try this...apply potato or cucumber slice on top of ur dark rings...it will help...
