Maybe fish oil... it's real good for your skin and internal organs. One skin doctor who's book I read mentioned taking 9 grams of it a day - 3 grams at every meal. Doing that for a month would be an interesting experiment.
I've been using Meaningful Beauty (Cindy Crawford), but I honestly think it's more about genetics, staying out of the sun, and washing one's face before going to bed.
For skin it's retinoids which are prescription only--basically, tretinoin cream (Retin A, Renova etc) because its like the only topical that's capable of significantly improving wrinkles and sun damage. Its also prescribed as an acne treatment and good for preventing aging too, so if you have insurance you should totally go to the dr and hit them up for some (it's like $ 10 when its covered).
Another good anti aging product? The $ 30 Olay brush or the $ 100-200 Clarisonic brush. Exfoliation is key to keeping youthful skin because as you age your skin stops renewing itself, but regular exfoliation forces it to. Both of these brushes are good but personally, I prefer the Olay brush cause I like being able to buy the head replacements right away without paying a ridiculous price +shipping. The brushes also help eith mild acne and skin discolorations (just like trentinoin).
The next product to add to an anti aging regimen is vitamin c. Vitamin c is basically like tretinoin and helps build collagen and keep skin elastic and firm but you can wear it in the day. Its also better to make your own vitamin c serums/treatments with vitamin c powder (like the actual supplement powder) every day cause it has to be at a percentage of 10-20% to be effective for anti aging and most the products that DO have this percentage at the correct PH are pricey. Though there are one or two that are decently priced on amazon its jaunt easier to make your own (and you have to make it every day cause it oxidizes fast and once it oxidizes its actually BAD for your skin).
Another thing you can do is daily facial massage to increase circulation. Circulation is really important to your skins health (you'll see a difference right away if you do it).
*instead of fish oil take coq10 and vitamin D. Dont take fish oil unless you're willing to shell out $ $ $ for a good quality supplement cause many fish oil supplements have been shown to contain rotten oil and rotten fish oil is actually pretty bad for your whole body (creates free radicals even). Fish oil also isn't that great for your skin unless you balance the rest of your omegas with it (3-6-9 etc). Its great for cholestoral though.
