Remedies For Dark Circles
•An instant dark circles remedy is to use the correct concealer. The shade should be lighter than your foundation. If circles are very dark, choose 2 shades lighter. Great choices can be Revlon New Complexion Concealer, Estee Lauder Smoothing Skin Concealer, Cover Girl Smoothers Concealer, or Neutrogena Smoothing Skin Stick.
•Apply a good Vitamin K cream. Vita-K Solution gel or Peter Thomas Roth Power K Eye Rescue help strengthen capillary walls around the dark circles to make them less visible.
•One should go for laser treatment only if the case is chronic. Lasers can increase production of collagen thereby thickening skin to make dark circles less visible.
•Home remedies for dark circles can include the following:
1.Drink plenty of water to combat dehydration.
2.Wear at least SPF 30 sunscreen to prevent more sun damage.
3.Get enough sleep.
4.Leave cold teabags, cucumber or potato slices, or washcloths with ice cubes on eyes for 15 minutes regularly.
5.Take iron supplements if anemic, but consult your doctor first.
6.Identify the allergens and avoid them. Whether it be pollen, food, whatever, avoidance is the best solution to this. And avoid rubbing your eyes.
•Hylexin is the first dark circles eye cream developed for serious dark circles. Featured in several magazines such as Marie Claire, FashionWeekDaily, The Wall Street Journal , Star and Luck. It works well for some.
•One of the greatest remedies for dark circles is Arbonne's NutriMinC® RE9 Repair. It’s a corrective puffiness and dark circles eye cream that does additional benefits – firming, moisturizing and repairing the delicate tissue around the eye.

I had it in both tendons. I went on crutches and did physio for about 2 and a half years. Most of the pain went away....but if I run a lot or walk too much sometimes they just ache.....
If you haven't tried physio therapy then give it a try...also when they hurt a lot try icing them (wrap ice pack in a cloth first) for 15 min on, 15 min off might help ease the pain too. : )

Are there any stretch mark treatments that work?

Question by joseph terine: Are there any stretch mark treatments that work?
So I was wondering do any streachmark treatments [of any kind] work, or do they all just soften your skin to kind of fade the appearence a little bit.

Best answer:

Answer by Nicole Marie
that all sort of depends on what color they are.
usually you can try:
1) cocoa butter: lotions containing cocoa butter are rumored to not only help reduce stretch marks, but to help prevent them entirely. any cream or oil that is made specifically for the prevention or treatment of stretch marks will help keep your skin healthy and elastic.
2) vitamin A, E & C – supplementing these vitamins may help increase the strength and elasticity of the collagen within your skin and reducing your chance of forming stretch marks.
3) time – stretch marks, like all types of scarring fade over time
4) retin-A (tretinoin) – 0.1% tretinoin creams have been shown to significantly reduce the appearance of stretch marks in a study published in the May 1996 Archives of Dermatology.
5) exfoliate daily – use a loofah or scrunchy to remove daily.
6) vick’s vapor rub – many people have reported success using vick’s vapor rub by applying it to a washcloth or paper towel and rubbing it forcefully into the scarred skin on a nightly basis for a few weeks.
7) increase circulation – by taking hot baths and massaging the areas regularly.
8) tanning – go sunbathing! tanning can diminish and even eliminate minor stretch marks.
9) vitamin E gel – break open vitamin E capsules and rub the oil into the skin over the stretch marks daily for 2 weeks.
10) stretch mark creams and lotions – using stretch mark creams and stretch mark lotions that heal and beautify your skin can reduce the appearance of stretch marks. the following ingredients are widely accepted as beneficial for this purpose:

* Cocoa butter
* Rose hip oil
* Emu oil
*Jojoba oil
* Castor oil
* Shea butter
*Vitamin A
* Vitamin E
* Vitamin C

hope i helped. xx

What is the best vitamin e oil? Does it really work as well as people say it does?

Question by Technicolor Girl: What is the best vitamin e oil? Does it really work as well as people say it does?
I had a lot of questions about reducing/lightening some acne scars and a few stretch marks. All the answers pointed to vitamin e oil or cocoa butter or even both (also strivectin but you have to apply that 3 times a day and it's costly). I was wondering what brands might work best and where to get them? Any tips on how often to apply or other tricks you might have would be great too. Thanks!

I have used 400 IU's of vitamin E. Break apart the gel caplet and smear it on at bed time. It does take time to work depending upon the elastisty of your skin. If you are older and the elastisity has "gone away" so to speak, there is not anything short of surgery that will work.
