Is it really better than other proteins? Can I get enough of it through proper diet? If so, what food are best?

  1. Collagen protein is not better than other proteins. Collagen protein is manufactured in your body to repair tendons, cartilage, and other connective tissue. Eating regular whey protein will give your body what it needs to make collagen. you do not need to take collagen unless you are older say around 50-60 or you have tendonosis or tendinitis.

    Collagen protein is not better than other protein and i wouldn't suggest using it as a supplement.
