dont use foundation very much.... just for special occasion like when youre going out and stuff. tinted moisturiser is fantastic!
use rly gentle face wash's, like nivea visage young, so then you dnt have to use moisturises that are so harsh either.
always use sunscreen at the beach, dnt play sport with foundation on. try not to wear mascara either it makes under your eyes all tough after a while =]
im not speaking from personal experience, but all the women in my family look at LEAST 15 years younger than their real ages so im just taking from what they do in their lives.
1. eat collagen-rich foods. your skin starts to sag and age because it produces less collagen and loses its elasticity. taking collagen supplements or finding skincare products that promote your skin's production of collagen will make a big difference. 2. your skin also ages because of lack of moisture. always keep your skin hydrated, whether its with products or from drinking your 8 glasses of water a day. 3. and of course, the most important: stay out of the sun. wear high-protection sunscreen (sunscreen with an spf lower than 30 isnt worth the tube it comes in). 90% of premature ageing is through sun damage. you may think that tanning in the sun wont damage your skin, but wait til youre 40 and the age-spots and wrinkles start showing.
