ReplyDeleteNo doubt about it, sleep is the number 1 cure for bags! If you sleep with a cool gel mask covering your eyes, that will also help relieve puffiness as well as bags. A tip for reducing the appearance of sleep-deprivation, if you apply a light-colored eyeshadow above and on the top of your eyelid as a "highlight". It makes you look more awake and can be used below the eyes (on bags) as well. In addition, some light exercise can also help in the elimination of under-eye bags. For best results, put off plans for another time and give yourself some time for a nice, relaxing nap. The reccomended amount of sleep each night for people ages 12-25 is 9 hours, while for adults it is 7-8. From past experience, I always feel better and get more compliments on my physical appearance from sleeping 9-10 hours.

A couple of years ago I knew a woman that had this problem and one day I noticed they were not so obvious. I asked her the secret and she told me the name of a chemical but I sure do not remember the name now. She also said it is kinda like what a skin bleach but not the same as what Michael Jackson used on him.

Great choices can be Revlon New Complexion Concealer, Estee Lauder Smoothing Skin Concealer, Cover Girl Smoothers Concealer, or Neutrogena Smoothing Skin Stick.
