Is there a way to to regrow/strengthen bone tendons, ligament and cartilage between the bones at age 55? Any foods or drinks I should eat or drink or vitamins/minerals/supplements to take? Thank you guys!

These are essential.
You also need special gymnastics. Like, in a sitting position, hold your leg straight, and start bending-unbending it in the knee area very slowly. Check out local gym for special machines for that.
