Eucerin cream works really good. I put on tons of the lotion and then put thin cotton gloves on at night when they get really bad. I have tried Vaseline and it works good too but its greasier.

  1. You may want to increase your consumption of foods rich in vitamin C. These are foods such as citrus (orange, grapefruits, lemons, limes etc.), asparagus, avocados, beet greens, black currants, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cantaloupe, collards, dandelion greens, dulse, kale, mangoes, mustard greens, onions, papayas, green peas, sweet peppers, persimmons, pineapple, radishes, rose hips, spinach, strawberries, swiss chard, tomatoes, turnip greens, parsley, and watercress.

Also you might ensure that you include in your diet, nuts, seeds, salmon, mackerel, herring, sardine and other sea foods. The use of essential oils in your diet might be useful also. Oils such as flax seed oil, primrose oil, and grape seed oil.

Include a small amount of saturated fat in your diet - 1 to 5% of your diet. The liver uses this to make important molecules and hormones necessary for the protection of the skin. Beef is a very good protein source to include in your diet.

You may also supplement your diet with Vitamin C, and Omegas.

Vitamin C is essential for the production of collagen, the protein which forms the basis of connective tissues. Connective tissue acts as a cement substance between cells.

  2. put vasoline on your hands at night and then cover them with a sock. During the day put aquaphor on your hands everytime you wash them. And- drink more water
