collagen supplement before or after work out so it gets absorb in the body better?

Question by : collagen supplement before or after work out so it gets absorb in the body better?
the instruction says take 2 twice a day, i usually take 2 in the morning, the other two, i dont know if i should take it before or after my workout which is from 8pm - 8;30 pm. i just run on my treadmill

the exact name of the collagen supplement is vegetal silica
its actually not just for collegen, its good for hair, and nails, its super healthy. herbal select vegetal silica, there are so many good reviews on it

i wouldnt waste my money on that crappy supplement.

  1. it's most likely non beneficial. healthy eating and exercising should be enough without the collagen supplement.
