he has really really dark circles under his eyes. it does not bother me but it really bothers him. so he is not going to wear concealer! haha.. is there anything to take them away or make them lighter?

Get Avon Anew under eye creme. It works for me. Also helps with the bags. Well, that or make him wear sunglasses.
