does anyone know any foods that can boost collagen so my face is more plumped up and smooth. if you do can you also so tell how much i would need of the food in a day (if you know)

  1. i know this is gross but fish heads have been proven to contain lots of collagen.

    u know the part where its soft, a lil translucent and jelly part?

    try getting smoked big salmon heads, maybe it wont be so gross.
