How to get clearer skin? Been trying to eat healthy?

Question by supeerrstar: How to get clearer skin? Been trying to eat healthy?
I've been trying to eat healthy to get clear skin. I keep junk food(chocolate and ice cream particularly)at a minimum level. I've been drinking lots of water and exercising as well. If I keep on doing this, how long will it really take to get rid of my pimples and get clear skin? Just curious to know! Also what other food should I eat that are really good to get rid of pimples?ALSO eye bags! I have horrible eye bags(eye circles)and I don't know how to get rid of them!

proactive is actually AMAZING, i have like perfect skin now... and i used to have bad skin.. totally worth the money, its SO good. NO JOKE.

  1. Lots of water is good! Exercising and watching what you eat wont effect your pimples. Only thinks like potato chips and french fries (oily foods) effect pimples. Try keeping your face clean (wash your face a lot) and dont pick at them. The eye bags may be from lack of sleep

    try home remedies they work the bestt!! trust me dont use creams and lotions on your face that won't help make it completley dissapear maybe for a little bit but not for long termm. & for you eyes i herd putting ice on it reallly helpss :)

Honey your doing the right thing, but you should not take all that, eating healthy, exercising, and drinks lots of water as a medicine, you should maintain it, and keep it as your lifestyle..do you use skin products? well, aside from doing all this healthy stuff, you should use skin products too, at least the basics: Cleanse, Tone and Moisturize...for the eye bags, I had the same condition like you, i have huge eye bags too!, i tried to get 8-10 hours of sleep so that in the morning i look great, and i also put moisturizer on may eye every night, to prevent it from sagging...

  4. don't use soap..it's really bad for acne people
    keep your bed room covers clean
    don't eat too much fried food
    and clean your face 3 times

  5. It doesn't matter what foods you eat, it won't lead to breakouts!
    But, if you eat a lot of greasy, fast food your skin may look dull where as if you eat lots of fresh fruit & drink plenty of water your skin will look more radiant.

    What you need is a good facial wash. You might have to try out a few things before you find something that works for you! (Give each product one month before you say it doesn't work!)

    Stress also triggers acne, so try to stay out of stressful situations if you can.

  6. It is very good that you are eating healthy as well as drinking lots of water. Be sure to eat plenty of fruits and vegtables. Also, red meat and fish is very good to eat. Other thing you should try is to exfoliate once a week. Try Loreal Go 360 Wash, the orange bottle. This will also help you keep having clear skin. Hope this helps! :]
