I've had this problem for awhile. I inherited it from my mother. It's not from allergies, or lack of sleep, or drugs, etc. I wear a very heavy concealer which helps a little bit, but it's still very noticeable. My mom got cosmetic surgery to correct hers, but I will probably not do that. Is there a product that works to reduce puffyness and dark circles? Thanks

You can buy arnica cream for bruising - this might help...

Cucumber slices over the eyes once a week can work miracles. If you don't keep fresh cucumbers avon sells little fake ones, they look kinda like oxy pads painted like cucumbers. They smell like em too
