  1. Glucosamine. But what ultimately worked for me was 1000mg fish oil a day.

  2. You should also consider taking vitamin D because I remember doctor Oz had a guest and he said cracky joints could be a symptom of vitamin D deficiency. I wouldn't recommend collagen but glucosamine and chondrotin are fine. Fish oil is another good supplement. Also, a healthy diet is essential. Eat more vegetables (especially broccoli and other dark leafy vegetables) and fruits (berries have powerful antioxidants). Drink water.
