What is a food I can eat to make my cheeks naturally pink/ rosy?

Question by se99: What is a food I can eat to make my cheeks naturally pink/ rosy?
I really want my cheeks to be rosy, and I don't want to wear make up like blush or anything. I know there are foods that will make your cheeks naturally pinkish. What are the ones that actualy work? Thank you!

  1. I googled it (why didn't you..?) and got this

"You can pinch them (they actually used to do that back in the day), but obviously the redness isn't going to stay there for a long period of time like a blush would.
The only thing I can think of to get naturally pink cheeks is to eat very healthily to get your skin to a glow, and then your cheeks will have more of a pink color (this would work best if you have an ultra light to light skin tone)

    Foods I can recommend are:
-A little bit of red meat (or, if you are a vegetarian like me, dark colored leafy greens like spinach!)

In these foods contain iron, a nutritional necessity that keeps your red blood cells at a normal level! If you're low on iron you are going to lose color (your skin will lose color and you will look like you are out of a Tim Burton movie). And you will have lower counts of rbc's (as well as becoming extremely tired). Don't deprive your body of iron! You will get very very sick! I know from experience and a near miss from being hospitalized. DON'T. MISS. YOUR. IRON!

-Get a little bit of sunshine!
But don't stay out excessively long as to get sunburned! The sun can help strengthen your cardiovascular system (blood flow through veins).
Too much sun is damaging, but the right amount can lead to numerous health benefits!

-To counter any damaging effects from the sun

implement Vitamin C & E rich foods into your diet such as citrus fruits, broccoli, asparagus, tomato, bell peppers, almonds, etc.
These vitamins are going to also help protect you against pollution in the air that can damage your skin. Vitamin C is going to help stimulate your body into a higher rate of collagen production, which makes your skin's elasticity and suppleness.
Vitamin E improves the texture of your skin and is an anti-wrinkle fighting supplement!

-If you are wanting your skin to have more of a dewy sheen to it

Eat foods that are rich with EFA (essential fatty acids) to help your skin with effective self-lubrication, creating a healthy natural barrier. "

  3. if you eat spicy foods it makes your cheeks rosy
the more spicier the more colored it will be
but it goes away once you dont taste the spicy anymore
