They did a test with some very expensive worth hundreds of dollars of anti aging creams and some affordable creams. Guess who won? Oil of Olay Regenerist cream. Plus keep away from too much alchohol alittle sun and bravo....

  1. Bio-Oil is really good and is abt £12 per bottle which is pretty cheap for a product that lasts for around a month and really does make your skin look great. I love the stuff!

Most of the creams an things that clain to be anti-aging cost a fortune and dont work. So long as you moisturise and regularly massage your face you should be fine. Oh yeah and exfoliating makes your skin look brighter and younger.

  2. Sunscreen. Always. SPF 15 and higher. Nothing ages the skin faster than sun damage. I'm over 40 and all my friends who always had to have a tan are now wrinkled and spending a fortune on creams and laser treatments and peels, while my pale and somewhat pasty skin is still reasonably smooth, moist and mostly wrinkle free. Also, never ever smoke! Smoking ages the skin and turns the face all wrinkly. Eating a healthy diet with enough nutrients will make the skin healthy from the inside out, if the inside isn't healthy, then there's nothing any cream can do.

Also, wash off all makeup before bed every night. Use gentle exfoliators such as a textured washcloth to remove layers of dead skin cells. There are some laser treatments available from dermatologists and plastic surgeons that work on the under-layers of skin, boosting collagen production. They can be expensive, but they do work. Keep active and healthy and you skin should stay healthy, too. But always wear sunscreen.

  3. Be sure to use products with active anti-aging ingredients so that you will see results. Clinically proven facial rejuvenation ingredients include glycolic acid, retinol (vitamin A), vitamin C, and vitamin K (for dark under eye circles) are a few good ones to start with.

Read the ingredient labels to be sure that the product you select has a high enough concentration of the active anti-aging agent so that it will actually work the way you expect it to. (For example, glycolic acid treatments should be used in concentrations of 8% to 15%).

Home microdermabrasion treatments once a week is a great strategy to remove all the old, dead skin cells that collect on the surface of the skin and will also stimulate new cell growth.

  4. Well the most important thing for your skin hands down is sunscreen. You can do everything else right but if your not using sunscreen it all cancels out. The second most important thing for your skin is a good cleanser. Your skin encounters toxins all day long and its important to have a good cleanser to wash away all the bad stuff. I had my own skin care problems and found serious skin care. and having success I became a consultant for them http://www.myseriesse.com/?ID=victoria. I'm from tampa, fl. and live in a country club so ofcourse everyone is looking for anti-aging products. One skin care line doesn not fit all. Serious has several different lines of anti-aging products to make sure you are getting exactly what you need for your skin type. The C-Essential line is for people over 40+ http://www.myseriesse.com/CEssentialsshop.aspx?ID=victoria. It is a very good line. Eye cream , moisture cream, cleanser. There is alot of good stuff in it for anti-aging. Or if your 30+ the A-line will be better for you this line contains retinol which is the purest form of Vitamin A and is really good for your skin and is priced amazing well compared to other products that contain retinol. There are alot of products for specific areas of your face for instance if you have dark circles under your eyes we have a product called Ice-Age that contains GABA that will make dark circles complete go away and also improve wrinkles. Or a product called Nanofil that breaks down the collagen molecule so it can actually get through your pores and make wrinkles reduce by a ton. Check it out and let me know if you have any questions or need any help.
Good luck and all these products are a 45 day money back no questions asked guarentee because we KNOW our products work and you will LOVE them!
