I really think you should consult with your doctor before you start any vitamin regimen. he or she should be able to help you about what truly is best for you and how much to take. Here's some info on what kinds of vitamins & supplements can be helpful with RA.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids
Omega-3 fatty acids help cells form leukotrienes. Leukotrienes reduce inflammation in the joints and actually reduces the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C helps the body to produce collagen, which is a building block of joint health. Collagen also helps to reduce free radicals in the body that can damage joints and lead to arthritis.
Vitamin D and Calcium
Vitamin D and calcium promote bone health, which is a major consideration for arthritis sufferers. Vitamin D helps protect joins from osteoarthritis and also participates in collagen production along with Vitamin C.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E is an antioxidant that reduces free radicals in the body. Vitamin E helps joints already damaged by arthritis by reducing the effects.
B Complex Vitamins
B complex vitamins help reduce the inflammation in the joints associated with rheumatoid arthritis. B complex vitamins also help the body with processing protein and building cartilage.
