I've had dark rings around my eyes ever since I was born (no lie it can be seen in baby photos). These rings, I've been told have been as a result from allergies but even when I get on top of them they are still bad. Please help

I think u shd consult a doctor...u can also try this...apply potato or cucumber slice on top of ur dark rings...it will help...

dark eyes are easily treated if you put soaked, warm tea bags over your eyes for 15 mins.
