  1. Ok, it depend on your underlying purpose. If you're a female looking to improve he elasticity and plumpness of your skin, then what you actually need is estrogen. Estrogen helps determine the moisture and collagen levels in our skin. It boosts the amount of hyaluronic acid in the skin, thus supporting the collagen and elastin fibers in the skin. If that's your goal, then you can boost your Estrogen levels with soy products and Vitamin C. It can be anything from drinking soy milk (if that's your thing) to making protein shakes using soy milk and soy protein. You can find Vitamin C in strawberries, broccoli and oranges. Make a tasty shake with oranges, strawberries and soy. Aslo make sure you're drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Water helps to flush the free radicals from your system, which will break down the elasticity levels of our skin.
